Attached is the schedule and assignments for advisor competition management and assistance on Friday, March 1.

- Please locate your name, event, location, and schedule so you can plan to be where you need to be, on time.

- Note, there are “Floaters” for the Meydenbauer and the Hyatt off to the right on the spreadsheet, in yellow.

3. SCDC JUDGES NEEDED

We are still seeking judges for SCDC. If you have prospects, please send them to our Judge page at https://washingtondeca.org/judge-competition where there is also a link to Judge Registration.

4. SCDC CONFERENCE CHECK-IN TIPS

Please not the following regarding SCDC check-in:

- Students may not pick up conference materials at check-in, but you might need some student backup if you have a lot of t-shirts to pick-up.

- In your conference materials envelope, among other items, you will find the following:

  • Bright yellow envelope containing students “competitive-event-times” labels to adhere to the back of their badge holders.
  • Voting Delegate ribbons for your voting delegates to adhere to their badge holders.
  • Senior Management Academy participant ribbons (white with stars) to adhere to their badge holders.
  • 100% DECA ribbons for chapters whose business/marketing students are ALL registered members (must notify me).

- Students aren’t allowed to pick up conference materials at check-in, but large delegations may need student backup to help carry t-shirts.

- Plan to attend the New Advisor meeting Thursday night if this is your first SCDC.
