COMPETITIVE EVENT UPDATES AND DRAFT TOPICS FOR 2019-2020
The topics for the 2019-2020 Business Operations Research Events and the Professional Selling and Consulting Events are now posted on Teach DECA. They are posted under both the Resources | DECA Direct articles button and in Unit Two | Advisor Updates. Here's a competition hint: read up on the topics now, then build teaching moments or bell work into your lesson plan directed at the topics next fall! :)
PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESOURCE LINKS ON TEACH DECA
The old Chapter Team Events have been updated into new Project Management Events. The Project Management Events require participants to use project management skills to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close a project. The rubric for all of the events is the same, but each project will be treated as a separate competitive event. A new category called Project Management Resources has been posted in Teach DECA | Unit Two and as resources become available, they will be posted here. Some links have already been posted.
